WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
As a new business, we have planted our roots here in Michigan’s Tri-Cities (Midland, Bay City, Saginaw), and have grown to the entire state!
We offer MONDAY delivery for all within the Tri-City limits. For all out of town orders we offer overnight shipping through UPS for only $15 for TUESDAY delivery.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
We do all we can to keep Meal Prep as simple & affordable as possible. This means NO commitment and NO minimum. Want to skip a week? Just don’t order. EZPZ.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MEALS?
If ordered before Friday 11:59 PM, we will hand deliver your freshly made Prepz to your doorstep the following Monday. Select a time slot that works best for you!
You are also able to select pick-up at checkout and swing by The Kitchen Sunday evenings from 3-6 PM at 545 W Parish Road Kawkawlin, MI.
All out of town orders will be shipped each Monday and overnighted to arrive fresh TUESDAY
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
All major credit/debit cards are processed through Stripe.
HOW DO I STORE MY MEALS?
COOLED: Prepz stay fresh for 3-5 days in the refrigerator. Each Prep has a best by date printed on the label so you will be able to easily know when to eat or freeze each prep by.
FREEZE: To expand shelf life of your Prepz, you may put them in the freezer. This will give you 7-14 days of freshness depending on personal preference. To thaw, move Prepz you plan to eat the next day into the fridge the night before for highest quality.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
To change your address, log into your account and click on “Account” from the top menu. Next click on “Addresses” on the left hand side.
Note: You are able to select a different address each time you place an order and this is not needed if you are changing the address for just one order.

These can be 5 of the same meals, or 1 order of 5 different meals.
